Can you imagine making your own box of chocolates or an Easter egg? Spend an evening with our patisserie chefs as a client entertainment event or with facilitators as a teambuilding event. In small teams you will be given all the necessary utensils and ingredients to create culinary masterpieces.

The head chef will give a brief over view of the event and give you an interesting introduction in to the history of chocolate. Foe team events, a chocolate quiz is set. The chef will then explain the cooking tasks in hand and will demonstrate some of the techniques. You will learn how to temper chocolate, how to make truffle mix, techniques for moulding and decorating chocolates. Each food task will be judged on style, taste, presentation and team effort. Team members must be prepared to eat what they make!
