Teams are seated at tables, and each guest has some necessary information which must be shared so that the team works together to answer a set of questions on pairs of wines which are tasted blind.

After an introductory talk on the basics of wine tasting (with a glass of wine in hand), the teams taste 2 pairs of white wines followed by 2 pairs of reds. Winning tables collect champagne prizes. It’s all about entertainment, but getting people to work in teams together.
