Day 1 Depart USA for the Czech Republic - Overnight flight from United States to Prague in the Czech Republic.

Day 2 Arrive Prague - Upon arrival at the airport we will be met by our tour manager and luxury motorcoach. Transfer into Prague, made up of four small 'towns' with one of the most beautiful architectural ensembles in Europe. Orientation tour of the Old Town square, Tyn Church, St Nicholas Church and Charles Bridge. Dinner at your hotel. (D)

Day 3 Prague - Guided tour of Prague highlighting the Hradcany Castle district including the Royal Palace, St Vitus’ Cathedral and 15th century Golden Lane. Afternoon at leisure. Evening cultural performance (mime and dance, Marionetten or choral concert). Dinner tonight. (CB,D)

Day 4 Prague to Vienna - Drive through the Czech Republic via Jihlava, a lovely Baroque town to the imperial city of Vienna, the city of music and home to Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms, Gluck, Schubert, Johann and Josef Strauss. Upon arrival enjoy a delicious Viennese tea with Sacher torte, the famous chocolate cake. (CB,D)

Day 5 Vienna - Our guided tour today includes the famous 'Ringstrasse' monuments, the Hofburg,
Parliament, the National Theatre, City Hall and Opera House. We visit beautiful 18th century Schönbrunn Palace, summer court to Queen Maria Theresia with leisure time for lunch. Afternoon visit the amazing Belvedere Palace Gallery with its world-class art collection and exquisite gardens. We enjoy evening dinner at a Heuriger music tavern. (CB,D)

Day 6 Vienna - Guided tour of magnificent St Stephen's Cathedral – the ‘Dom’- and famous Hofburg.
Afternoon and evening at leisure to enjoy Vienna’s unique ambience, incredible sites and world-class shopping.(CB)

Day 7 Vienna to Melk & Salzburg - Enjoy a memorable lake and mountain journey to Melk to visit its beautiful baroque Abbey. Continue to charming Mondsee with houses painted in powder blue, rose pink, ochre and terracotta and visit its famous Abbey church. Arrive Salzburg – Mozart’s city of music. Late afternoon orientation tour taking in the baroque centre of the city with its countless architectural treasures. (CB,D)

Day 8 Salzburg - Our guided tour includes the great fortress of Hohensalzburg, Mozart’s birthplace , and the outstanding Mirabell Gardens. After lunch at leisure we visit Hellbrunn Palace and water gardens. The remainder of the afternoon is at leisure to explore lively Getreidegasse (CB,D)

Day 9 Salzburg to Innsbruck & Oberammergau - We enjoy a scenic alpine journey to Innsbruck, capital of the Tyrol region. Our guided tour of the exquisite town with its famous mountain backdrop includes the Olympic Ski Jump and 15th century Little Golden Roof. Afterwards we drive into Bavaria to the pretty town of Oberammergau with its charming frescoed houses, site of the 2010 passion play. (CB,D)

Day 10 Oberammergau - Today we attend the famous Passion Play – a captivating and emotive play, testimony of religious faith but also an outstanding cultural event ! Dinner and overnight. (CB,D)

Day 11 Depart Munich - Flight time permitting we transfer to the airport for our departure flight to the USA.(CB) OR EXTEND OUR TRIP BY ONE DAY AND OVERNIGHT MUNICH ON DAY 11
